Technology-IP Exchange, embody the operations of online Technology
Brokerage of technologies and technology ideas of Developers,
Licensors and inventors, and Adopters and Licensees, for the benefit
of the Technology Brokerage Division under the oversight of the Managed Adopter Ventures.
The operations are
semi-autonomous, and consist of the Departments: Online Content
Management, Marketing and Sales Operations, and
Administrations. However, the licensing and brokering of the
exchanges listed technologies, core operation of the Division,
are directly performed by the
Tech-Broker Agents of the Division.
The Online Brokering is
supported through Exchange Platform: Technology-IP Exchange Marketplace;
which operates according rules and regulations
as proffered by the Technology Brokerage Division as guidelines
derivative of its mission.
Technology-IP Exchange MarketPlace:
The technology exchange, Technology-IP Exchange MarketPlace is a public space in which licensors and adopters may discover each other and engage in negotiations of
technology licensing terms, or view respectively emerging technologies worthy of licensing.
Platforms Listing
For purposes of being effective in executing the services, the Division
has established a set of terms, the
listing requirements, to be met
by the listee prior being listed on the Brokerage Exchanges in which the
company offers services.
Exchanges Subscription
Accordingly, developers who are interested in having their technologies,
patents, trade secrets and otherwise brokered for licensing are encouraged
to register to become clients of the Exchange to get the process of
getting the technology listed on the various Exchanges including the Technology-IP
Exchange started. The technology exchange, Technology-IP Exchange is a online space in which
Licensors and adopters may for nominal sum register to list or view fully developed
technologies as well as respectively emerging technologies worthy
of licensing.
Accordingly, Technology ideas are also permitted
to be hosted by the technology conceptualist, although the Features Data of the technology is accompanied with a Disclaimer of assertion of validation. However, on the request of a prospective adopter of
the technology, the firm may perform a
Computational Validation of the technology.
