Ordinarily two approaches are available
for adoption for the validating the technology. and one of which is chosen
by the Developer wishing to list technology for brokerage. In any event in
general, Enhance Knowledge suggest, Demonstration Validation or
Computational Design validation. While the former is more expensive
and time consuming to realize, the later which is may be less
expensively to realize may not necessary provide a definite answer about
concept validation.
Demonstration Validation
Analysis
The more expensive of
the two approaches, Demonstration Validation Analysis, as a rule involve an
experimental demonstration, and as such actually requires the reduction of
the concept to practice prior to Feasibility analysis based on Venture
Technology Analysis of third-party venture technologies being offered for
venture development is provided on venture technologies submitted for
viability analysis. The development of the Technology, as such, has been
made manifest with the development of the Equipment Design [and possibly
process design where required] and the fabrication of the equipment
configuration.
Computational Design Validation
Often the technologies for projects have merely being validated under
restricted conditions of use, or in
the worst case simply conceptualized and are yet to be proven. Yet the
Developer may want the technology either listed for brokerage services or
for Technology Licensing Trust, and so non-Demonstration Validation Analysis
has to be done. In such case the Developer may use opt for and efficaciously
buttress the Technology Validation Analysis by method of computational
design analysis.
Validation Approach Choice Criteria
Often though the approach followed by the Developer depends on the nature of
the technology: Product technology that is patentable or Process technology
that is to be protected under Trade Secret. The manner of the Intellectual
Property Rights applicable has a great impact.
