So the virus enters the epithelial cell and the Cell Physics causes the RNA to be discharged into the cell medium, starting the self-replication Biosynthesis until the structural integrity of the cell is breached, and the replicated viral RNAs are discharged into the inter-cell spaces causing secondary infection spreading in the body.

Of research interest is the form of the virus discharged from the primary infections: The viral RNA as replicated, The pre-infection virus-morphology, as is implicitly assumed. Discovering the discharge form of the virus determines the mechanism of the infection spread, and hence infection-mechanism changes that define Infection Evolution Dynamics and help developing effective drugs and vaccines, as well as determine which vaccine should be efficacious, given that vaccine development is on two thrusts of biologics adopting for stimulating immune response: The Spike-trimer biologic, A viral-RNA biologic.

Rationally, replicated viral RNAs should not re-encase into the pre-infection morphology, as continued prevailing of the Cell Physics that caused the discharge of the initial infecting RNA. Inferentially, the external and internal infection mechanisms are different.
