Prospective adopter relays a message, of interest for
licensing a Technology IP, to the company. The message usually necessarily
includes documentation of the licensing Funding Mechanism, Adoption
Implementation Requirements, and Scope of Implementation. Territory
Technology broker discovers the IP-Licence lister Technology Banker and opens direct
negotiating communication offering to license the technology.
After a review of the Technology License Acquisition Request
from the prospective licensee, the TechnologyIP Broker then arranges to have the
company put together a Custom Negotiation Kit for the licensee and when
ready sends the Kit to the licensee, with a request to have the form
returned fully filled out, and accompanied with bank data attesting the
availability of the maximum funds evaluated as per analysis of the request
Form.
The first of the
terms is the nature of the license being sought by the adopter. The technology licensee must
consider, when deciding to acquire a technology IP Licence, the class of licence for which the technologies
should be acquired amongst the three
different licences: Patent Licence, Product
Technology Licence, and Process Technology Licence.
