The TechnologyIP Exchange as conceived during its initial design in 2013 has in this implementation preserved the core the object of the listing of Developer and Inventors Technologies in the Exchange upon its completion, as well as enable self-registering of prospective investor-entrepreneurs as to be alerted of each new listing - effectively organizing a virtual market between firm as the only initial-supplier and the investors as buyers, and thereby facilitating dynamic procurement-negotiations on Technologies.
However, in this implementation, the operations have been re-imagined to consist of three primary operations: MarketPlace, Trading Pit, and Auctions Place -- though not by these names;
Listing of Technology and Licences are performed directly on the site and require additional Registration to become Technology- or Licence- Brokers or Teechnology Banker. Access to Technology Registration is granted on a case by case basis
