The formal development of ventures into
corporations that have adopted technologies is undertaken through
this office, Corporate founding Office. generally venture are
consigned to the office from any of the Adopter Venture, Managed
Adopter Venture and M&A Adopter Venture after the venture is ready
to enter the Execution Phase of the Startup Stage. More specifically, the
Office undertakes the challenges
of securing funding and
the founding of corporations, after the ventures have been designed
and validated with Viability Analytics as well as passed through the
early stages of the Startup Stage.
Because the founding of a venture
from the Execution Phase through the Penetration Phase of the
Startup Stage may span between two years and ten years, this Office
may be in governance seat of a ventures for that length of time.
Accordingly, it is actively engaged in the founding of several
ventures.
