$60K but yet negotiable w/ Labor Dept Guidance |
Duties |
office Management: |
Perform all the administrative operations of the company and invariably hire staffs in implementation of the HQ organization design of record
Duties:
General Admin: Answer Telephone, and Document and Letters processing
Accounting Admin: Book-Keeping
HR Admin: Hire staffs to fill positions in department as being created, and Staff Training & Orientation. |

Qualifications |
Education: |
B Admin w/Paralegal Experience preferred |
Requirements |
3+ years previous
experience in any type of office administration is a must. Some knowledge
and understanding of Finance and Business required. |
Key Requirement |
Experience in administration of at least a small business while the owner is absent! Ability to develop rapport, ability to network and ability to coordinate tasks of other staffs. |
Advancement Potential |
Become manager of several staffs |
