The Adoption Technologies, are
the technologies that are currently available for licensing by
Adopters, and have been made contracted to the company for licensing
under Technology Brokerage services: Some as equity plus royalty and
others purely royalty, while other are joint ventures.
Further the technologies as listed are also not deemed all inclusive
as the brokering terms often also allow the integration of the
technologies with other technologies for development new composite
technologies otherwise not listed. |

For the purposes of allowing for
the integrative design of customer-specific production system
design, the technologies have been listed under individual units of
functionality. So an adopter is certainly encouraged to make contact
and ask for specific technologies for a target goal. |
Custom Technologies
Non-production one-time use custom technologies are also brokered
through this department. Often the Technology Specifications: Design
and Performance; are contracted to one of the affiliate partners who
then develop the technologies and hands over to the department for
delivery to the adopter for deployment. |

brokered for a developer is first subjected to application viability
analysis prior to acceptance for brokering |

Adoption Implementation |
|
The integrative designs of
technologies are generally performed under contract by Aningba
Technology Development, which is affiliated with the company for the
purposes of developing process construction engineering, and
viability analysis. |

|
Internal Licensing |
|
Being the entry division for all
technologies brokered for licensing by the firm, this Division also
licenses all technologies to the Pool Technology Brokerage Group and
the Adopter Brokerage Division. |
