Adopters of Technologies
are generally the licensees, and any form of
brokerage involves negotiations with the adopter- management or entrepreneurs.
So the starting point is always the registration of the adopter licensee. Technology Adopters
Adopters of technology are encouraged to register to become clients of
Enhance Knowledge so that the company may immediately avail them with
TechnologyIPs that have been listed through the company and are also
available on the various Exchanges on which the company is authorized to
trade. An adopter may not really know the full expanse of available listing
without access to the exchange list provided to the authorized traders.
Just as with a technology developer,
the technology licensee must
consider, when deciding to acquire a technology IP Licence, the class of licence for which the technologies
should be acquired amongst the three
different licences: Patent Licence, Product
Technology Licence, and Process Technology Licence. Enhance Knowledge
generally requires time to get the prospective licensee of the
scope of available IP underlying Exchange-listed technology-ips, and
such process takes quite sometime before the licensee feels comfortable with
the differences, and can make an informed decision.
