The Abstract
Careful analysis of the Warburg hypothesis reveals a link that can be traced to the initiator-biologic of the cancerous reaction. enabled with an innovative mechanism: bio-condensation; together with Biological Thermodynamics, the tracing of the initiator-biologic is made possible.

The Cancer Essence
cancer is a metabolism gone awry involving the a defective biologic that induces a defective metabolism igniting accelerated uncontrolled cell reproduction which, both depriving the cell of maintenance nutrients and modifying the engineering properties dis-empowers the cells of their functionality resulting in the death of the human suffering the defect affliction.

The defective biologic also undergoes the reproduction process with the cell, acting as a defect stressor effectively causing defect stress on every daughter cell , and as such is systemic in the cancer blob of cells. As a consequence, very often surgery aimed at removing the entire collection of cells subjected to the defect stresses of the of the defect stressor is necessary to heal the human

Cancer Biosynthesis: Symbolic Representations
Cancer reactions like all biological reactions are not similar to chemical reactions. Biological materials being Condensed Soft-Matter form from chemical substances by a reactions mechanism we deem as bio-condensation.

So then with cancer the defective biologic whether a enzyme or protein is characterized with, Ds, Defect-Stressor which because of its defectiveness imparts defect to the product of which it is a part or helped produced. So a defective protein or peptide or even an amino acid has the symbolic representation.

Warburg Hypothesis
Cancer generally starts in parts of the body where the biologics remain mostly stagnant for long spans of time. Such parts of the body include the restful organs such as the Lungs, the liver, stomach, kidneys, pancreas, prostate and scrotum, and the skin. The reasons for this could be found in the Warburg Hypothesis -making this hypothesis the point from where to begin any cancer research.
